Class Descriptions
 
ABC - Strengthen your Abs, Back and Core while increasing muscular balance and body alignment.
 
Cardio-Kick - A total body workout incorporating kicks, cuts, and jabs that will get your blood pumping.
 
Cardio-Pump - Involves basic movements on a step platform using dumbells.
 
Cycle - A motivating group exercise class on a stationary bike.
 
Glutes-n-Guts - Tone your rear and get your abs in gear with this 30 minute conditioning quick fix that will target those hot spots.
 
Pilates - Mat work that will develop core muscle strength, spinal fluidity, balance, kinetic awareness and breathing.
 
Pump - Tone, strengthen, sculpt and define your muscles using body bars, tubing and dumbbells.
 
SRO - Sweating Room Only! An energizing cardio workout that involves hi/lo aerobics.
 
Stomp - This high energy step class combines athletic and dance based movements that will challenge all fitness levels.
 
Yoga - This mind/body experience includes traditional disciplines emphasizing postural and breathing techniques.
