RESOLUTION RACE RULES

 

(January 13- February 14)

Every person that signs up gets a place on the starting line of the "Resolution Track"

Must do a minimum of 45 minutes of cardio 3x/week;

strength train upper AND lower body at least 2x/week; and do a minimum of 5 minutes of stretching at least 3x/week

If everything is completed at the end of the week, you will have completed 1 lap around the Resolution Track

To increase your mileage, at the end of every workout you can pick out of the 'bonus boxes'

Anything over the specified time is not considered as bonus in this incentive program

Whoever does the most laps in this 4-week incentive program wins a FREE 15-minute seated neck/shoulder massage from Beth!
